Looking back on the period for this annual report, July 2020 through June 2021, the year has been, at best, complicated and full of obstacles due to the global COVID pandemic, as well as civil and political unrest. The WLC staff worked hard to continue delivering services and supporting our learners, staff, and community. Still, like many in our community, we experienced many business and personal challenges. We had to rethink our priorities and operations: fundraising budget, canceling events and focusing on supporting our community, teaching methods, and saving lives...
